Consultations to the Instructor
The next two weeks will be very busy for me. Besides doing all the activities that I have at the department, I also have to grade papers, prepare the charts for the final grades, prepare the extra-credit exam and the like. So I will only see students who have a major consultation with me, but you have to ask for an appointment first. I will let you know what time and what day to come. Please check the blog for all other information regarding grades. Thank you.
How to get 1 point extra in the Mid-term Exam
The answer is, post a smple of your final translation project on the flight stairs leading to the department (third floor) and you will get an extra point in the Mid-term Exam.
Please make sure to write your name so I know whose presentation are posted.

Schedule for Presentations - General Information. Please Read
1. Approval of topic
I will not be in the office on Friday, June 5. I will be online to approve topics (Thursday, June 4, too). You have to send me the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT (without any alterations. For example: copying and pasting in Word). Here you have to do your magic to render the translation as it is in the page layout of the original document. You can use any program or application to accomplish your goal. You can seek help from anyone knowledgeable about this to succeed. The idea is to have the original and the translation, side to side, and they should look identical. The only difference will be the language, one in English and the other one in Spanish.
IF YOU SHOULD HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS, PLEASE WRITE TO MY E-MAIL. I WILL ANSWER ASAP. NO EXCUSES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR NOT GETTING APPROVAL BEFORE YOUR PRESENTATION DAY. NO EXCUSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR NOT DOING THIS PROJECT.
